Frequently Asked Questions Q - How do I cancel an order? A - To cancel an order, you must contact our customer service executive either by mail or through telephone and they will give you further information. Q - What are the benefits of registration? A - As a registered customer, you become entitled to special discount schemes and promotional pricing offers. These schemes would become available to you not only on orders you place at our web store but also to orders through other channels. Q - Can I place an order without registering my account? A - Before you place an order with us, you must register. We understand how valuable your time is and our registration has been designed to take up not more than a few minutes of your time. Once you have registered with us, you need not give your address and credit card details on future visits to our shop. This will save you the trouble of entering this information on every purchase you make from us. Q - What should I do if I forget my password? A - If you forget your password, click on the Forgot Password link in the Account login page. Your password will be mailed to the e-mail address that you have given as part of your account information. Q - Availability And Shipping A - You will be called by a customer service representative if an item you have ordered is out of stock. Orders below £10 will be charged a £6.50 small order charge. There will also be a £6.50 delivery charge for deliveries outside the BH postcode area. All orders placed before 4.30pm should be delivered next day, orders placed after this time may take an extra day to deliver. We deliver Monday - Friday, no weekend deliveries are available. Orders placed over the weekend will be processed on Monday for delivery Tuesday. Q - Pricing And Discounts A - We offer permanently discounted prices - Almost every item on our site is priced well below retail, while our most popular products are discounted by anything from 30 to 90%. All prices shown exclude Value Added Tax (VAT). This will be added to the total of your order when you check out. Check out our huge range of Special Offers, which include loads of promotional prices and heaps of FREE giveaways. We offer bespoke pricing for larger quantities. Q - How is the furniture packed? A - The majority of our furniture comes flat packed. If you are in any doubt please phone our customer services team on 01202 760000. Q - Do you print Business Cards, Letterheads etc? A - Yes – we have our own in-house print department, providing artwork and design for anything you need, from business cards to books. All the printing is done on the premises. Q - Payment Options A - You may pay for your purchase either through credit cards or on account (if you have set up a credit account with us). All business accounts enjoy the benefit of 30 days credit. Q - So what if I can’t find a product? A - We may not stock the product at present or it may be discontinued. Please call our customer services team on 01202 760000 with a description of the product and we will endeavour to find it for you. Q - Our Returns Policy A - Our returns policy is specified in our Terms & Conditions but please note that any item returned must be un-used and in the original unopened packaging and for health and safety reasons we are unable to accept returns of edible products (eg: coffee) and chemical cleaning products (eg: Domestos). Any item ordered as a ‘special’ may not be returned. Any ‘not required’ returns must be made within 14 days of receipt. Q - Faulty Items A - If an item delivered to you is faulty or broken, please contact our customer service team on 01202 760000 and we will arrange for the item to be collected. A replacement will be sent to you at no extra cost. Alternatively, we offer a full refund. Q - Missing Items A - If an item is missing from your order please check your delivery note to see if the item is ‘to follow’. If this is the case, it will be delivered free of charge as soon as it becomes available. If this is not the case, please contact our customer service team on 01202 760000. All shortages must be reported within 3 days of receiving your order. Q - I think a product is described wrongly, what should I do?
